10th Anniversary Celebrations

Many people arrived in Hacketstown Christian Centre on  October 7th , to mark the occasion of the  10th Anniversary of the Official Opening of the Centre.  Elizabeth  & church members were joined by guests from South America, Africa and all parts of Ireland - North & South - to join in the Celebrations.  

The theme for the occasion was ‘For Such A Time As This’,  which correlated with Elizabeth’s book, of the same title, written and  launched earlier this year.  

“We are here ‘for such a time as this’ because of the faithfulness of God,” explained Elizabeth. “The night was a huge success and it was wonderful to see such a big turnout, many of whom were here with us on the Opening Night, ten years ago,” she added.

After light refreshments the Service was opened in prayer by Fergus Ryan from Trinity Church, followed by Song from the HCC Worship Team, led by Islene Camargo and Estevano Aché on instruments; singers were Clare Kirwan, Danielle Byrne & Rosiery Guimaraes.

 A testimony was given by HCC member, Pat Kirwan and the main speaker of the evening was Pastor Jeancarlo Aché from Brazil.  Later, Joatan Guimaraes treated everyone to some hip-hop dance and the event was concluded in prayer by Pastor Osmond Asensoh from Ghana, joined by all the visiting pastors who were present for the occasion.
