Ellen's Graduation

The trip was scheduled to coincide with the Easter Convention in Obuasi, which was a wonderful few days of prayer, evangelism, ministry, refreshing and restoration for all. The presence of God was so evident that many times tears flowed.

The team also held a birthday party for Rose; she was 51 but, because she did not have anything for her 50th birthday the year before, they celebrated it this year.

During the trip, the team visited Krokohwe, took pictures of ‘Fiona’s Well’ and helped a family whose mother had died in childbirth.

Revival meetings at Opekiuma were full of Holy Spirit power and they saw many people healed. Of course Rathuil International continues to grow from strength to strength.

Pat brought a supply of footballs and spent time playing football with the boys at Home of Hope.

The highlight of the trip was a visit to the prison at Nsawam. Although the team were excited about going, there were no guarantees that they would be allowed in. So it was a hugh surprise when they were given access to the men’s section. THE BEST PART WAS WHEN 14 YOUNG MEN CAME FORWARD TO RECEIVE SALVATION. Bam Bam sheekaboomba! Thank You Jesus!

From 7th-21st April, Elizabeth, Margaret, Anna and Patrick returned to Ghana. The favour that the team experienced along the way was super and we give God all the honour.

This time, because the team was small in number, they were able to have special times of fellowship with the Ghanaian brothers and sisters.

They were blessed to attend Ellen’s graduation. Ellen is one of the teachers at FIS and while the team were in Ghana, she graduated from ‘Early Years Training’ at the National Centre in Accra, she also received the ‘Best Student’ award.
